ALOGIA

ALOGIA is a metal band from Serbia, and was formed in 2000 by brothers Miroslav (guitars) and Srđan Branković (guitars). In 2001, singers Nikolai Mijić, winners of the Radio Television of Serbia's singing contest 3K Dur, joined the band. The band released so far 4 studio albums, live CD and live DVD. The members of the Band also made guest appearances on various other albums, and played at numerous live shows and festivals. Among their many other concerts, they opened for bands such as Whitesnake, Apocalyptica, Savatage, Paul Di Anno. They also played in Festivals (Exit, Hendrix Fest, Hard’n’Heavy) that gathered audiences of more than 30, 000 people. ALOGIA will release their 5th album "Elegia Balcanica" early next year. The titled single "Elegia Balcanica" from the upcoming album is already released and the video also can be seen. Although the album was recorded in Serbian language, you might be able to hear in English as well.

ALOGIA は、2000年にギターの Miroslav と Srđan の Branković 兄弟が作ったセルビアのメタルバンドです。 2001年に、セルビアのラジオ・テレビの歌手コンテスト 3K Dur の優勝者 Nikolai Mijić が ボーカルとしてバンドに加わっています。 これまでにバンドは スタジオアルバム 4作と、ライブ CD・DVD などをリリースしています。 メンバーたちは、別のアーティストたちの 様々なアルバムにゲスト参加したり、数多くのライブや フェスティバルにも 出演していて、他に コンサートの中には、Whitesnake や Apocalyptica、 Savatage、 Paul Di Anno などのバンドの オープニング・アクトも務めたことがあり、3万人以上の観客が集まる フェスティバル (Exit、 Hendrix Fest、 Hard’n’Heavy) などでも演奏を披露したことがあります。 ALOGIA は 来年早々5作目のアルバム "Elegia Balcanica" をリリースすることになっていて、すでにそのアルバムからの タイトル曲 "Elegia Balcanica" が リリースされ、ビデオも見ることができます。 アルバムはセルビア語でレコーディングされていますが、英語バージョンでも聴くことができるかも知れません。
