VEXILLUM 3作目 "Unum" 1月16日リリース

VEXILLUM has released their third album "Unum" on January 16th through Limb Music. "Unum" is a concept album which singer Dario Vallesi holds the scepter as main character, having the support from internationally known vocalists Hansi Kürsch of BLIND GUARDIAN, Chris Bay (FREEDOM CALL), Maxi Nil (JADED STAR, ex-VISIONS OF ATLANTIS) and Mark Boals (MALMSTEEN, IRON MASK, RING OF FIRE), who take a role of sing as the other characters in the story. The album also contains two cover songs; "Spunta La Luna Dal Monte" of Italian Rock band TAZENDA and "Run Runaway" of UK Rock band SLADE. With this "Unum", they are sure to establish VEXILLUM firmly on the heavy metal map of Europe. Although "Unum" means "Single" in Latin, also stands for a strong mixture of Power and Folk, marked by superfast guitars, great choruses, bagpipes and lots of small finesses, which the listener will notice and register.

1月16日 VEXILLUM は、 Limb Music より 3作目のアルバム "Unum" をリリースしました。 この "Unum" はコンセプトアルバムで、世界的に有名なボーカリスト Hansi Kürsch (BLIND GUARDIAN) や Chris Bay (FREEDOM CALL)、 Maxi Nil (JADED STAR、元 VISIONS OF ATLANTIS)、 Mark Boals (MALMSTEEN、 IRON MASK、 RING OF FIRE) が 別の登場人物として歌う という助けをかりて、ボーカルの Dario Vallesi が 物語の主人公を演じています。 また、このアルバムには イタリアのロックバンド TAZENDA の "Spunta La Luna Dal Monte" と UK のロックバンド SLADE の "Run Runaway" という 2つのカバー曲も収録されています。 VEXILLUM はこのアルバムで、ヨーロッパのヘビーメタルシーンで 間違いなくバンドとしての地位を確立できるでしょう。 "Unum"とは ラテン語で "シングル" を意味しますが、超速弾きギターや厚みのあるコーラス、それに バグパイプとか 細かい見事なテクニックなどを 特徴とする パワーとフォークの絶妙な混合を表現しています。 日本では、下記のオンラインストアで購入可能です。
