LARCENY: Into Darkness

German Metal band LARCENY will release their second album entitled "Into Darkness" on April 30th through SAOL. The band was formed back in 2004 in Southern Germany. Whereas the first demo was recorded with a female lead singer, on their first album "My Fall" (2013) and the first EP "Gunpowder Night" (2014), they added screams, shouts and growls as a gloomy contrast. Musically they are offering melodic death metal with mixtures of thrash metal influences. This second album "Into Darkness" reflects exactly the band's chosen path with eleven grim compositions, and was recorded together with producer Achim Lindermeier at the R.E.D.-Studio as same as the previous album. LARCENY has shared a stage with various acts such as Axxis (Germany), Ektomorf (Hungary), Palace (UK) and many others. On April 11th the band will have a CD release festival with MOONCRY, STRANGELET, BROKEN and other 4 bands at the Abdera in Biberach, Germnay.

ドイツのメタルバンド LARCENY は、4月30日に SAOL より "Into Darkness" という2作目のアルバムをリリースします。 このバンドは2004年に南ドイツで結成されていて、最初のデモ盤は女性ボーカルで収録されています。 2013年のファーストアルバム "My Fall" や 2014年の EP "Gunpowder Night" では、スクリームやシャウト、グロウルなどを加えてダークさを強調しています。 音楽的には、スラッシュメタルの要素を取り入れたメロディックデスメタルを聴かせてくれるバンドです。 この2作目も前作同様 R.E.D. スタジオで、プロデューサー Achim Lindermeier と共に収録されました。 LARCENY は同国ドイツの Axxis とかハンガリーの Ektomorf、あるいは英国の Palace といったいろいろなバンドとのステージ共有も経験しています。 4月11日にはドイツのビーベラッハにある Abdera で、MOONCRY や STRANGELET、BROKENCD 他4組のバンドと CD リリースパーティが予定されています。 EP やファーストアルバム同様、この新作日本では、下記のオンラインストアにて購入可能です。
