TWINS CREW: Veni Vidi Vici

Swedish Heavy Metal act TWINS CREW will release their third album "Veni Vidi Vici" through Beyond The Storm Productions on February 26th. The band has released two EPs: "Twins Crew" (2008) and "Twin Demon" (2009) and two albums: "Judgement Night" (2011) and "The Northern Crusade" (2013). They have toured to Germany and Austria in 2009, opened for band such as Paul Di'anno (ex-Iron Maiden) and Loudness from Japan, and also played on Sweden's biggest indoor festival House of Metal, Skogsröjet and Sabaton Open Air. The new album “Veni Vidi Vici” was recorded at Deep Blue Studios in Nyköping, Sweden, mastered by Micke Lind (Body Count, DIO, The Poodles) and the artwork was done by Mattias Norén (Kamelot, Sabaton, Lost Horizon, Evergrey). Veni, Vidi, Vici is a Latin phrase popularly attributed to Julius Caesar, who supposedly used the phrase after he had achieved a quick victory in his short war against Pharnaces II of Pontus at the Battle of Zela. It simply translate 'I came, I saw, I conquered'. For fans of Sabaton, Helloween, Hammerfall and Gloryhammer.

スウェーデンのヘビーメタルバンド TWINS CREW は、2月26日、3作目のアルバム "Veni Vidi Vici" を Beyond The Storm Productions よりリリースします。バンドは EP: Twins Crew (2008) と Twin Demon (2009) にアルバム: Judgement Night (2011) と The Northern Crusade (2013) のそれぞれ2作ずつリリースしています。2009年には、ドイツとオーストリアでツアーを行い、Paul Di'anno (元 Iron Maiden) や日本の Loudness のオープニングアクトも務めたことがあります。また、スウェーデン国内最大の屋内フェスティバル House Of Metal、それに Skogsröjet や Sabaton Open Air などにも出演しています。今作の “Veni Vidi Vici” はスウェーデン Nyköping にある Deep Blue Studios で収録され、マスタリングは Micke Lind (Body Count、DIO、The Poodles) が手がけていて、カバージャケットは Mattias Norén (Kamelot、Sabaton、Lost Horizon、Evergrey) が制作しています。「Veni Vidi Vici」 とは、ゼラでのファルナケス2世との短期決戦で勝利を治めたときの、おそらくジュリアス・シーザーの言葉に起因するラテン語の言葉で、直訳すれば 「来た、見た、勝った（我ここに来たりて全てを目撃し征服したり)」 となります。Sabaton や Helloween、Hammerfall、Gloryhammer などのファンは要チェックなアルバムです。日本では下記のオンラインストアにて購入可能です。
