GAME OVER: Crimes Against Reality 

GAME OVER 3作目 “Crimes Against Reality” を4月15日リリース

Italian Thrash Metal act GAME OVER will release their third album “Crimes Against Reality” through Scarlet Records on April 15th. The band was formed in 2008 and now they are one of the most promising up and coming bands in the European metal scene. Inspired by the classic Bay Area thrash metal scene of the 80s, GAME OVER mixes those influences with modern sounds and a very distinctive personality. “Crimes Against Reality” contains ten new tracks that mix sharp riffs, anthemic choruses and powerful rhythms, enriched by the use of instruments such as Moog synthesizer and Hammond organ. Lyrics vary from B-movie scenarios to social-political themes, science fiction, mythology and dystopian visions. The album has been recorded by Simone Mularoni (DGM) at Domination Studio in San Marino. Cover artwork was handled by acclaimed artist Mario E. Lopez (Evil Invaders, Impalers, Hyades). GAME OVER came to Japan for play at True Thrash Fest in Osaka in 2015. After the album releases, soon the band will embark in an extensive world tour for some dates in America in April, then European and Japan tour will be followed later this year. 

イタリアのスラッシュメタルバンド GAVE OVER は、4月15日に3作目のアルバム “Crimes Against Reality” を Scarlet Records よりリリースします。2008年に結成され、今ではヨーロッパのメタルシーンで最も有望な新進気鋭のバンドのひとつになっています。GAME OVER は、80年代の古典的なベイエリアのスラッシュメタルシーンに触発され、その影響にモダンなサウンドや強い個性を混合させています。今作の “Crimes Against Reality” には、切れのあるリフや聖歌隊のようなコーラス、パワフルなリズムを持つ新曲10曲が収録されていて、モーグ・シンセサイザーやハモンド・オルガンなどを使用することで深みのある作品となっています。歌詞的には、B級映画のシナリオから社会的・政治的なもの、SF、神話や反ユートピア的なものへと移行していきます。アルバムのレコーディングは、サンマリノにある Domination Studio で Simone Mularoni (DGM) が行っていて、カバージャケットは、評価の高いアーティスト Mario E. Lopez (Evil Invaders、Impalers、Hyades) が手掛けています。GAME OVER は昨年2015年に大阪での True Thrash Fest に参加するために来日していますが、このアルバムリリース後、すぐにバンドは4月に米国ツアー、その後、今年後半にヨーロッパツアー、そして日本でもツアーという大規模な世界ツアーに乗り出すことになっています。このアルバムは、日本では下記のオンラインストアにてデジタル購入可能です。
