The Bavarian Party Metal band VICE will release their fourth album “3 Fingers Up” through Pride & Joy Music on September 13th, 2019. The band was formed in 1987 and debuted with its first album “Made For Pleasure” released through the major label BMG Ariola (today Sony Music) in 1989. In fact, “Made For Pleasure” and the follow-up “Second Excess” sold more than 100.000 copies. VICE separated once in 1995 and 20 some years later the band returned with a  new album and a new line-up, which was “Veni Vidi Vice” released in 2017, and marked the first chapter of the new band era. The new album “3 Fingers Up” contains 9 brand new highly energetic songs, plus a storming cover version of the JOAN JETT/DESMOND CHILD classic-track “I Hate Myself For Loving You", as well as a new version of the band classic “Made 4 Pleasure”. The album was produced by Chris Limburg and mastered by Andy Knote (Toyco Studios).

バイエルンのパーティメタルバンド VICE は、今月9月13日に4作目となるアルバム “3 Fingers Up” を Pride & Joy Music よりリリースします。このバンドは1987年に結成され、1989年にメジャーレーベル BMG Ariola (現在の Sony Music) よりリリースしたファーストアルバム “Made For Pleasure” でデビューしています。実は、“Made For Pleasure” とそのあとの2作目 “Swcond Excess” で 100,000枚以上売り上げました。VICE は1995年に一度解散しており、20数年後に新作と新ライナップで復帰しています。それが2017年にリリースしたアルバム “Veni Vidi Vice” で、新生バンドの時代の幕開けに相応しい作品となりました。JOAN JETT と DESMOND CHILD の名作 “I Hate Myself For Loving You” をはじめバンドの代表曲 “Made 4 Pleasure” などハイエナジーな曲全11曲が収録されています。日本では下記のオンラインストアにてデジタル購入可能です。アルバムは Chris Limburg によるプロデュースで、Andy Knote (Toyco Studios) がマスタリングを手掛けています。
