EUFORY [Slovakia]

EUFORY is a Martin-based five-piece Heavy Metal band from Slovakia, founded by drummer Miriama Hodoňová in 2008 as a revival/tribute band, playing songs from the legendary DEF LEPPARD. The band has released two albums “Flying Island Eufory” (2015) and its second album “Higher And Higher” (2018) in celebration of the 10th anniversary of their existence. Both albums earned great reviews and responses. EUFORY has performed in numerous clubs and festivals,  along with Blaze Bayley, Rage, André Matos, Dragonforce, Citron, Freedom Call, Stratovarius, Hammerfall, Arakain and others. The band has toured with other bands in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia in 2018 and 2019. Also, they have appeared in music charts on broadcast media like television and radio, and they won the competition Metal Cup 2018 on Radio Metal Arena. Their second album “Higher And Higher” contains 9 songs including Motörhead cover song “One More Fucking Time”. For fans of Heavy Metal especially Melodic Power Metal.

EUFORY はスロバキアのマルティンを拠点に活動する5人組ヘビーメタルバンドで、ドラマーの Miriama Hodoňová によって当初はリバイバル/トリビュートバンドとして設立され、伝説の DEF LEPPARD の楽曲を演奏していました。これまでに2作のアルバムをリリースしており、デビューアルバム “Flying Island Eufory” を2015年に、バンド存続10周年を記念してセカンドアルバム “Higher And Higher” を2018年に発表していて、両方とも素晴らしいレビューや反響を得ました。EUFORY は Blaze Bayley や Rage、André Matos、Dragonforce、Citron、Freedom Call、Stratovarius、 Hammerfall、Arakain などのバンドと数多くのクラブやフェスティバルに出演しています。また、その他のバンドたちと2018年と2019年2年連続で、スロバキアをはじめポーランドやチェコをツアーして回っています。テレビやラジオなどの放送メディアの音楽チャートにも登場し、Radio Metal Arena のメタルカップ2018のコンテストでは見事優勝を果たしました。セカンドアルバムの “Higher And Higher” には Motörhead のカバー “One More Fucking Time” を含む全9曲が収録されています。ヘビーメタルファン、特にメロディック・パワーメタル好きは要チェックなバンドです。セカンドアルバムは、日本では下記のオンラインストアにて購入可能です。
